Ahuva Yanai CEO

Before joining Matan, Ahuva served for 28 years in the IDF, retiring with the rank of Colonel. Her role covered various senior positions, among them the IDF Public Inquiries Officer, head of the academic branch, and head of the division for contact with wounded soldiers’ families. Over the years Ahuva was involved in business and social initiatives and activities, among them as director at “Ilanot Discount Mutual Funds”, a member of the satellite and cable broadcasting council, chair of the Civic Service subcommittee in the National Security Council, a board member of the Israel Center for Management, and a director of the Ashdod Port. Ahuva holds her MA in political science. Ahuva@matanisrael.org.il  

Einat Rubenstein VP Corporate-Community Partnerships

Einat is an expert in developing strategic partnerships between corporations and the community. She employs a unique toolbox offering a broad range of options which the business sector can leverage when investing resources in the community. Her specialization led to creating new, strongly impactful orgs for corporations and social organizations, and achieving significant growth in the invested resources. Einat is a member of international United Way teams and serves as a consultant and facilitator for a wide range of Israeli and international companies, associations and social businesses. Einat serves as co-chairperson of the “Forum for Volunteerism in the Workplace”, an Israeli volunteering initiative. She holds her BA in psychology from Bar Ilan University and her MA in Management Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
