The Matan workplace campaign is an easy way of creating an experience of generosity giving and uplifting to the employee and to the company. It’s a unique way of allowing every employee to contribute personally, with that contribution empowered by management. Our campaign is being built in every company, with attention to the particular organizational culture, characterization of employees, the company’s internal challenges and its goals. The employee’s donation is personal but it is a joint activity with others in the workplace, and it is allows receiving a tax refund, and includes support and matching funding by the company.. Our trial has shown that people are happy to donate if offered simple ways with clear processes, and when they know that their money is being invested in worthwhile social goals they feel strongly about.
